No. There's no minimum term and no lock-in contract. The monthly fee is paid month to month while the site is with us, and you can cancel whenever you want by letting us know. We'd rather you stay because the service is worth it, not because a contract forces you to.
The site goes offline. The monthly fee isn't a separate charge: it covers hosting, SSL, security updates and the small changes that keep the site live and working. Without it, we can't keep that running. We always warn you before suspending anything.
Yes. Once the project is paid for, the final design and the content are yours. What stays with Kubo Loko are the tools, templates and reusable code used to build it. In practice the site runs on our hosting as part of the monthly fee, so leaving means talking to us about migration, not just downloading files.
It depends on complexity and how quickly content and approvals reach us, but there's a starting point: Launch is usually ~1 week, Boost ~1–2 weeks and Dominate up to ~3 weeks. If the project needs more content or features, we tell you that upfront.
