Who we are

Kubo Loko is the controller responsible for the data collected through this site. You can reach us at geral@kuboloko.pt for any privacy-related question.

What data we collect

The only data we actively collect is what you fill in on the contact form (name, business, email and message). That form opens your own email client and sends the message directly to geral@kuboloko.pt. The data doesn't pass through or get stored on any Kubo Loko server: it stays in your inbox and ours, like any normal email.

Site audit tool

If you use the free site analysis tool, the address you paste is processed on our server to generate the report and is emailed to us so we know which sites have been analysed. No personal data is requested or stored by that tool (you don't need to give a name, email or phone number to use it); the only data processed is the site address you enter.

Cookies and traffic analysis

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they see and where they come from: aggregated data, not individual (we don't know who you are). This is only activated if you accept it in the cookie banner; if you decline or ignore it, no analytics cookie is created. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited and may process data on servers outside the European Union, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can read Google's privacy policy for more details, or change your choice at any time using the "Manage cookie preferences" button at the top of this page.

Social media and WhatsApp

The Instagram and WhatsApp links on this site take you to services run by Meta Platforms, which have their own privacy policies. We have no control over the data collected by those platforms once you leave our site.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or delete the data you've sent us, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to geral@kuboloko.pt. If you believe your rights haven't been respected, you can file a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority (CNPD).
